This experience in combination with his four years of service in the U.S. Military enables Jay to interact with both clients and suppliers with expert precision and detail. His outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills have enabled New Homes Market Center to expand its network of partners and the services it can offer to clients. Jay has traveled extensively and has lived in six different U.S. states and in Italy. He attended Louisiana State University and the University of Maryland.
Jessica Trad
Jessica has over ten years of sales experience since 2002 she has concentrated on perfecting her skills in the Real Estate market which includes having her builders license. Her experience includes working with buyers and sellers, management, marketing, training and consulting. Her detail oriented, people pleasing personality relieves the stress of the many steps necessary in buying or selling your home in today’s market. Jessica’s motto “Client for Life” has made many of her former clients not only refer her to loved ones, but are now life long friends as well. Jessica is a native Central Texan, and mother of one lovable Shih-Tzu named Cleo. Her passions include family, friends, and volleyball.
Hugh Morrison
I am a retired rocket scientist (I have a degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from the University of Illinois) and have spent many years working with space satellites. I have been buying and selling real estate for myself and clients in Texas for the last 3 years. Before that I was dealing in real estate for my own account in California for many years. I have also managed computer center operations for a number of Fortune 500 companies. I specialize in leasing rental properties in the Austin, Round Rock, Hutto, and Manor TX areas. I specialize in rental houses and duplexes but can help you with any type of property including vacant lots.
